WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO?

GR BROWERY we are brothers from Hajdina! After finishing our studies and working in catering, we decided to produce Kombucha.

The idea arose during employment at Rogla. After the ski season, we bought our first SCOBY and the experimentation began!We offered the drink to our family and friends, who found it so tasty, refreshing and special that they suggested we put it on the market right away. We perfected our recipes and workflow, and opened a smaller production
shop in the old town center of Ptuj, where we also sell teas. We can boast of home-made KOMBUCHA, COLD BREW COFFEE and TEPACHE, and the offer is getting richer every day, as we are always on the hunt for unknown recipes.
